Exhibitions and Events for 2009
There is always art work to be seen in the garden and
gallery throughout the season. Entrance to all exhibitions is free once in the
grounds, but entrance to the garden will apply as normal. Sorry, we cannot accept
reduced price tickets on charity open days.

Wild at Art: Exhibition created by the group
A group of talented artists using natural and locally gleaned materials, guided by Lucy Williams, display their innovative and highly individual pieces. The group will be in the gallery some of the time to talk and demonstrate their work.

Special Wednesday open day for the cancer relief charity. We are open between 10am and 5pm with cream teas served from 2pm. Admission rates are standard on these days, with all proceeds going to the NGS. As these are charity days, special offers are not valid.

An opportunity to capture the colours, textures and beauty of Marle Place in watercolour with tutor Julie King. There is plenty of cover if the weather turns nasty! Julie will also be demonstrating during the SEOS show.

Stunning display of highly professional and artistic photographs, processed and printed by patients at the Hospice. All pictures are aspects of the garden, each one an individual and personal interpretation.

The Sculpture Show - NB the gardens are open each and every day during the show 10am to 5pm.
Now in it’s sixth year!
Over 100 contemporary pieces on display and for sale in the grounds.
Preview 12th September 2pm to 7pm by invitation only.

SPECIAL OPEN DAYS
Although we officially close on the 5th October 2009, we are always happy to
see visitors by appointment especially during autumn if we are expecting
an exceptional month of colour
There will be several more exhibitions throughout the
season, details yet to be fixed.
Entrance to all exhibitions is free but entrance to the gardens will be charged
as usual.
